Management changes at Crocs
Best known for its brightly coloured clog-style shoes, footwear designer, manufacturer and retailer Crocs Inc. has promoted its current chief financial officer, Peter Case, to the newly-created position of senior vice president, Retail Division.
Commenting on Mr Case’s new role, president and chief executive, Ron Snyder, said: “Peter has been overseeing the development and operations of our retail division and he has been instrumental in the successful opening of our domestic locations this past year. As we continue to explore additional opportunities for Crocs branded stores both in the United States and around the world we believe it is important to have a dedicated and experienced individual leading this segment of our business.”
He will be replaced as chief financial officer by Russ Hammer, who joins Crocs after having spent 30 years at Motorola, Inc. Mr Hammer will also hold the title of senior vice president-Finance and treasurer.
