Said to be the largest manufacturer of athletic and casual footwear in the world, Hong Kong-based Yue Yuen, a subsidiary of Pou Chen Corporation, has reported a 19.4% year-on-year rise in revenue for December to reach $401.4 million, further fuelling a sharp rise in the company’s shares as investors expect strong annual results.

The company supplies big name brands including Nike and adidas.
