Stylo director retires

UK footwear retailer Stylo plc, has announced the retirement of Barry Morris, one of the company’s non-executive directors. Mr Morris, who has been a director of the company since 2001, will step down at the end of this month.

Commenting on Mr Morris’ departure, chairman Michael Ziff said: ”Barry has made an immense contribution to the company during his tenure as a director and this has been much appreciated and valued.”

He will be replaced by David Lockyer, who began his career with C & J Clark Limited and has worked in the shoe industry since 1968.

Headquartered in Bradford, Stylo operates the Barratts, Shellys, and PriceLess footwear chains across the UK.
