Former Hickory Brands president joins Hibbett

Nissan Joseph, former president and chief executive of American footwear accessories manufacturer Hickory Brands, Inc. has joined sporting goods retailer Hibbett Sports, Inc. as president and chief operating officer. He is expected to begin in his new role by early February 2008.

With over 22 years of experience in wholesale and retail Mr Joseph has also worked as general manager for Payless Shoes in Australia and regional vice- president for Footaction USA.
