DVS and LVMH resolve infringement problem

French apparel and footwear company Louis Vuitton Malletier SA, part of LVMH, has resolved its dispute with DVS Shoe Company, Inc, over the infringement of its Toile Monogram and Multicolore trademarks.
Under the agreement Skateboard, footwear and sweatshirt company DVS has acknowledged that the marks and patterns are the intellectual property of Louis Vuitton and has thus agreed to discontinue all manufacture, exportation, importation, distribution, advertising and marketing of its sandals, slip-on shoes, athletic shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps and graphic kits that infringe on these rights.
