New footwear institute for Uttar Pradesh

Indian real estate developer Parsvnath has confirmed that it is building a new footwear institute in the town of Rae Bareli, in Uttar Pradesh state.
The company's chairman, Pradeep Jain, has described the project as "a footwear park with state-of-the-art facilities".
The new facility will be ready within a year and should provide a boost to footwear manufacturers in this part of India.
