Fila Luxembourg signs licensing agreement
Manufacturer of sports and leisure footwear and apparel Fila Luxembourg S.a.r.l. has signed a multi-year licensing agreement with US department store Kohl’s Corporation under which Kohl’s will become the exclusive US retailer of the Fila Sport collection of women’s, men’s and children’s footwear, apparel and accessories. The first Fila Sport products will appear at Kohl’s in autumn next year.
Under the agreement, Kohl’s will collaborate with Fila on apparel and accessory product design and lead the manufacturing, production, distribution, sales and marketing of the collection for these products, whilst Fila will collaborate with Kohl’s on branded footwear product design and will lead the manufacturing and production for these products.
