A federal court has issued a Final Judgment in favour of a subsidiary of Dallas-based Heelys, Inc. The lawsuit was against a patent infringer who was found to be selling imitations of patented Heelys wheeled footwear in the Dallas area.

The patent infringers, operating under the company name Ohayan, were ordered to cease all sales of the wheeled footwear under the brand name ‘Air’, among others.
