Crocs Rx offers pain relief, says APMA
The American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) has awarded the entire Crocs Rx line, the medical division of Crocs, Inc. its Seal of Acceptance based on a range of podiatric standards. The collection was developed with input from footwear specialists and includes shoes and socks designed for people with specific medical and therapeutic, podiatric conditions, many of which are associated with diabetes. According to the American Diabetes Association, nearly 7% of people in the US suffer from diabetes.
“Crocs Rx shoes are a comfortable, yet fashionable footwear alternative for people who suffer from foot pain,” said APMA president, Christian Robertozzi. “Whether treating a patient with plantar fasciitis, diabetic ulcerations, bunions or general foot pain, Crocs Rx’s unique design can offer patients’ feet relief from pain, as well as protection,” he added.
The line includes three styles, the Relief, Cloud and Silver Cloud.
