Xtep takes a step forward with Infor PLM
China-based casual sports footwear, apparel and accessories manufacturer Xtep has implemented product lifecycle management solution Infor PLM Runtime, which is designed to streamline workflow, reduce product development times and increase overall productivity.
The system allows manufacturers to produce and develop styles throughout the product lifecycle. Central to this process is the Product Data Management component, which contains detailed information used for pre-production, including comprehensive product descriptions, sketches and technical specifications. It connects all the processes for the development phase, minimises manual labour and supplies relevant departments, partners and contractors with detailed real-time product information.
