Irish footwear manufacturer Dubarry is to officially launch its new footwear, apparel and travel goods collection at Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS). The exhibition takes place in Amsterdam from November 13-15.

The range includes new Gore-Tex lined and sporty shoes to technical apparel for sailing enthusiasts – its first ever clothing range.

It has also added two new footwear styles to its marine collection, the Hobart ankle boot and the Pro Racer.

The company, which is headquartered in Ballinasloe, County Galway, was founded in 1937. Its shoe production was transferred to Portugal in 2004 in order to reduce labour costs.
