Massimo Donda, chairman of the Italian national association of footwear dealers Federcalzature, was recently presented with a communication award for its international contribution to the footwear industry.

General director of the Chinese chamber of commerce, Feng Hongzhang, handed over the award.

Mr Donda visited the country for the first time in 1991 and has returned 11 times over the past two years.
