Management changes at Phoenix Footwear
California-based Phoenix Footwear Group has reported several changes to its management structure, including the resignation of CFO, Ken Wolff, effective November 15. Scott Sporrer, who is currently corporate controller at the company, has been appointed interim CFO following the resignation.
Prasad Reddy will be leaving his position as VP of sourcing, while new product development and material specialist personnel in the company’s China office and corporate headquarters have been appointed. Jim Ferguson will be responsible for the company's China sourcing office and operations.
Meanwhile, Bill Bryant has been promoted to director of logistics and customer service and Mia Goodman, who was previously general manager of women's and director of planning for the Chambers Belt Co., has been named VP of forecasting and planning. A new SVP of operations position has been created, which will be filled by Doug Ford.
President and CEO, Cathy Taylor, said: "As part of our ongoing assessment of the business, we have implemented a number of management changes that we believe will help to strengthen the team and improve financial performance."
