Dallas-based footwear company has launched a new shoe without the well-known wheeled heel. The Garner is aimed at customers who play video games and feature a simulated game controller on the outsole of the shoe. The shoe was designed following research showed that approximately 95% of the company’s customers enjoyed playing the games.

The Garner range will offer two styles, one slip-on version and another with laces.

There have been some safety concerns related to the wheeled footwear; however, these new shoes will keep wearers’ feet firmly on the ground.
