Having entered the Japanese market earlier this year, UK-based clothing, footwear and equipment company Berghaus has now decided to further expand its business in Europe.

Brand Connection has been appointed as the group’s sales agent in Germany and Austria, while Selected Brands is now its Scandinavian distributor.

Brand Connection manages other brands such as Boxfresh, Herrlicher Jeans, Kjus and Dunlop Sports shoes and the agreement will allow Berghaus to double its sales resource in Germany. The new arrangement will take effect from 1st November.

Selected Brands’ portfolio includes Lacoste Footwear, Caterpillar, Pepe Jeans, Teva and Paul Smith. The agreement is effective immediately.
