Adidas launches special-edition Powerband shoes at Solheim Cup

Adidas Golf introduced a special-edition Powerband golf shoe for US and European participants at the Solheim Cup, which took place on September 14-16 in Halmstad , Sweden

European players had a version of the shoe with a white upper, a yellow chassis and additional blue, yellow and white features. The European flag was featured on the upper.
Introduced earlier this year, the shoes incorporate three technologies to promote better balance, stability and leverage, known as the "power trio."
In addition to the supportive chassis, the shoes incorporate adiprene, a resilient material which manages energy for improved response in the footbed, and Dynamic Traxion AC cleats.
