Executive to lead store development for Payless ShoeSource

The parent company of footwear retailer Payless ShoeSource, Collective Brands, has appointed Douglas Treff to be its chief administrative officer, an executive vice-president role.
Mr Treff who has spent most of the decade in a similar role at Sears Canada, will lead the financial management, store development and technology functions for Payless.
