US retailer of action sports-related footwear and apparel Zumiez Inc. has reported a further significant sales increase for the four-week period ended August 4. Total net sales rose 42.4% to $28.2 million, compared with $19.8 million for the prior month. Comparable store sales increased 9.7% versus an increase of 8.4% in the year ago period.
