Children's shoe exhibitors up 15% as US sales pass $7 billion

The WSA footwear shoe in Las Vegas this summer hosted 629 children's footwear companies and brands, a 15% increase on the corresponding figure for the February edition of the event.
 
This ties in with figures just released by consultants NPD Group, which show that sales of children's footwear in the US for the 12-month period ending in May reached $7.2 billion, an increase of 12.3%.
