China Shoe Holdings, Inc. has acquired all of the outstanding stock of British Virgin Islands registered Wholly Success Technology Group Limited (WSTG), the owner of women’s, and casual footwear and shoe components manufacturer Shanghai Kanghong Yunheng Enterprise Development Company Ltd.

WSTG's footwear is generally sold under customers’ brand names in the Japanese and Chinese markets, although it recently began to develop its own brands for retail sale in China.
