US designer of action sports-inspired products, including its well-known heeled footwear, Heelys, Inc. has named John O’Neil as vice president – International. In his new role, Mr O’Neil will oversee all aspects of Heelys’ international business, including managing international distributors.

He joins the company from Dunham Bootmakers, a division of New Balance AS Inc., where he served as International business manager.
