Report on US footwear market published

A new report, US Footwear Product Lines, has been released by Dublin-based research company Research and Markets, featuring forecast estimates for the current year and 2008 on the sales of footwear product lines in the USA.

The report also includes five-year historical trends on product lines sales including men’s footwear, women’s footwear and children’s footwear and footwear accessories.

It provides estimates of the size and characteristics of one of the largest industries in USA, produced by a proprietary economic model that is based on forecast estimates for establishments and employment, industry sales based on Census statistics, historical industry sales trends and inflation rates, and North American Classification System codes.
