US designer and distributor of women's footwear The Fashion House, Inc. has promoted Jennifer Hinkle to vice president of marketing and public relations.

Ms Hinkle, who has served as director of marketing and public relations for the last two years, will now oversee marketing efforts for all of The Fashion House's brands, made under licensing agreements with Isaac Mizrahi, Oscar de la Renta, Bill Blass and Richard Tyler.
