US developer of footwear accessories the Dearfoams company has signed a agreement to acquire the NCAA College Clogs business—a line of footwear which features the embroidered logos and official colours of NCAA colleges and universities—from Wolverine World Wide, Inc. No financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
