US-based apparel and footwear company Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation has announced that three of its directors—chairman Bruce Klatsky, Joel Goldberg and Marc Grosman—will retire from the board on June 19.

Chief executive officer, Emanuel Chirico, is expected to be named chairman and Henry Nasella, an independent director of the company, is expected to be appointed to preside over the meetings of the non-management directors of the company.
