Lanxess sells stake in Quimidroga Plasticos

Lanxess Holding Hispania S.L. has sold its 40% share in Quimidroga Plasticos S.A., a joint venture between it and Spanish company Quimidroga S.A.

Quimidroga Plasticos distributes plastics, rubbers and chemicals, most of which are manufactured by Lanxess. Quimidroga S.A., which currently owns 60% of the shares, will buy the remaining 40%.
