Swiss performance athletic footwear producer Springboost has been named as a  bronze-level sponsor and the official performance training shoe supplier of USA Triathlon (USAT)—the national governing body for triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon and winter triathlon in the United States

As part of the two-year agreement, Springboost will supply performance training shoes to USAT national team athletes and coaches, USAT certified coaches, and certain Team USA athletes.

Through its Dorsiflexion Technology, Springboost claims its footwear achieves health, training and performance advantages through promoting better posture, alleviating pressure on joints and the lower back, strengthening the core, and enhancing blood circulation in the legs. It is also said to activate the muscle fibres when training target zones, specifically calves, hamstrings, and the gluteus (buttocks).
