The American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) has recognised US footwear and apparel designer and manufacturer Rocky Brands in the General Welfare Category at its 2007 annual AAFA ‘Excellence in Social Responsibility’ Awards, which were presented at the association’s executive summit in Dana Point, California.

The awards are presented in recognition of corporate policies and actions that benefit employees, business and/or the community.
