Rocky Brands launches new products at US trade fairs

Footwear and apparel producer Rocky Brands has launched several new products at recent trade shows in January and February.

The company unveiled its D-Tec waterproof and scent-eliminating system for footwear and apparel at The Shot Show, held in Orlando, Florida, from January 11-14. It also introduced the Stalker Series of lightweight hunting boots, ProHunter Synergy apparel and updated tactical footwear from its Rocky Duty footwear collection at the show.

The company hosted the second annual Rocky Brands Bash at the Denver International Western/English Apparel & Equipment Market, from January 12-15. New products launched at the event included Techno Rides, a line of Rocky Western boots featuring ten-layer comfort, and the Mustang Sole, a flexible, longwearing, repairable outsole from Durango Boot.

At the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, held on January 27-30 in Salt Lake City, the company launched its first line of adventure products under the newly-acquired Michelin brand licence. Developed for hiking, trekking and trail running, the Michelin Off-Road footwear line uses Michelin's rubber compounds.

Products launched at the bi-annual WSA show, held in Las Vegas, on February 1-4, included the OneDesign line of slip-resistant shoes under the Dickies Footwear brand; autumn 2007 styles under the Zumfoot comfort brand; updated IronClad boots from Rocky Work; and a retro G Series brand of work footwear.
