US men’s footwear designer Weyco Group, Inc. has announced the retirement of Leonard Goldstein from its board of directors upon the end of his current term on May 1. Mr. Goldstein has served as a director of the company since 1992.

The board has nominated Tina Chang—CEO of information technology services firm, SysLogic, Inc—to stand for election as a director at its annual shareholders meeting on May 1, to serve a three-year term to expire in May 2010.
