Tod’s posts higher revenues

Italian high-end footwear and luxury goods manufacturer Tod’s Group has posted a significant increase in revenues for 2006. Turnover increased 13.9% year-on-year to reach 573 million.

In terms of the company’s brands, Tod’s revenues grew by 13.1% and represented 57% of the group’s turnover as of December 31; Hogan brand posted positive results with revenues increasing by 23.3% to represent 27.1% of consolidated revenues; Fay revenues grew by 6.8%; and luxury shoes and accessories brand Roger Vivier posted +69.7% growth in revenues compared with 2005.

Footwear revenues increased by 13.6%well above the industry averageand represented 62.4% of the group’s turnover.

The group achieved positive results in all the regions in which it operates. Revenues increased 15.8% in Italy and 8.2% in the rest of Europe. They improved 5.2% in the US market and by 25.3% in the rest of the world, mainly driven by the Far East.
