Two executive promotions at GBMI
American footwear designer and developer Global Brand Marketing Inc. (GBMI) has announced two executive promotions within the company. Dan Singer has been appointed vice president of US Sales for Nautica, Mehandi and NOMASS brands and Mitchell Maslin has been promoted to vice president of US Sales, Kids’ Division.
Prior to joining the company in 2006, Mr Singer was the West Coast manager for Vida Shoe International in the Baby Phat Division and before that he served as brand manager for Skechers
Mr Maslin joined the company in 2002 as the north-east territory manager and was promoted to national sales manager of GBMI Kids in 2005. He has held several senior sales positions including regional sales manager for Guess? Sport Kids’ Division and long tenures at L.A. Gear and Reebok International, Ltd.
Both will report to senior vice president of US Sales, Larry Slivka. Mr Singer will be based out in
