US footwear retailer, Payless Shoe Source, is to lease a 415,000 square foot facility at the new 101-acre California Palms Business Center.

The new facility will be used to store and distribute shoes and related products.

California Palms Business Center is a new $102 million development which should be completed by the end of this year. Payless is expected to take occupancy in the first quarter of 2007.
