US footwear company Wellco Enterprises, Inc. has received a delivery order worth $3.97  million under an existing contract to supply Temperate Weather boots to the US Department of Defense. The boots will produced at the company’s  plant in Waynesville, North Carolina and its plant Moka Shoe Corporation in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
