New footwear executive to manage Terrasoles launch

Comfort footwear marketer R.G. Barry Corporation has named Jerry Hemphill brand president for its Terrasoles line of footwear, which it plans to launch for autumn 2007.

Mr Hemphill was most recently national sales manager for Softwalk Shoes at the Phoenix Footwear Group. Prior to that, he was national key account manager for Easy Spirit Shoes, a division of the Jones Apparel Group, Inc.
