Rohm and Haas is pressing on with its plans to centralise its European headquarters, aimed at bringing together its key European strategic decision makers and implementing a new business model for Europe. Centralised European headquarters will mean a more regional focus for all aspects of business and will move senior executive and direct decision making to the region. The new European headquarters will be located in Switzerland, with the key European management team, about 45 to 50 people, expected to be in place by 1st July 2007.
