German ladies’ shoe maker Gabor is celebrating twenty years of trading in the UK with a new spring/summer collection. The company began exporting to Britain in 1986 and now sells footwear through over 500 stockists nationwide.

It has a traditionally strong reputation amongst women over the age of 40, but a new campaign to launch the autumn/winter 2006-07 range has seen the brand successfully expanding towards a younger market.

The company generates revenue of over €240 million and its headquarters are in Rosenheim, while Intershoe is based in Stockton on Tees.
