Jones Apparel names creative director, Nine West Footwear and Accessories

US-based designer and wholesaler of branded footwear, accessories, and apparel Jones Apparel Group, Inc. has appointed Fred Allard as creative director of the Nine West brand Footwear and Accessories Divisions.
Mr Allard's background includes twelve previous years at Nine West Group, creative director positions at Castaner, overseeing footwear and handbag collections for a number of fashion designers and luxury brands, as well as creative director at Stephane Kelian.
