New York-based specialty athletic retailer Foot Locker, Inc. has appointed Ron Halls president & CEO, Foot Locker, Inc. - International. He will oversee the company's operations in Europe, Canada and the Asia-Pacific region, as well as its Footlocker.com direct-to-customers business.

Ron Halls was the chief operating officer of Champs Sports for over three years prior to being named president & CEO of the division in 2003.
