A number of local leather and footwear manufacturers have been invited and the response is reported to have been positive.

During the trip, the group will visit a number of footwear and accessory markets in important leather producing regions including Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. An official from the Vietnamese leather industry will provide an introduction to the country’s leather industry and seminars are scheduled to take place with local manufacturers.
