UK-based wide-fitting leather and suede footwear specialist Emotion has had goods stolen for the second time this year.

A container, filled with the company’s autumn/winter stock, was broken into while en route to its warehouse in the north east of England and more than 400 pairs of boots were stolen.

The majority of the consignment consisted of the company’s Jasmine model, a long-leg boot with a studded collar and the supply of the tan Jasmine—which was intended to meet orders from 15 of the company’s independent retailers—cannot now be fulfilled.

Back in February, over 2,000 pairs of its spring/summer 2006 range were stolen from a lorry in Croydon while being transported north after being shipped to the UK from Emotion’s Brazilian manufacturer. They were never found.
