New York fashion apparel designer Ellen Tracy has signed a licensing agreement in principle with US-based footwear company Modern Shoe Company, LLC, to design and manufacture footwear under the Ellen Tracy and Company brand names.

The collection is set to feature modern classic and elegant styling, fashioned and produced in Italy.

The new lines have been launched at the WSA show, currently being held in Las Vegas.
