The 38th International Fair of Fashion Shoes and Accessories, Machines and Components, Francal 2006, was recently held in São Paulo, Brazil. According to organisers, some 60,000 Brazilian visitors and approximately 4,000 foreign buyers attended during the four days.

Said to be the largest fashion event for shoes and accessories in Latin America, over 1,000 exhibitors presented their new ranges for the 2006/07 spring/summer season.
