Casual apparel, footwear and accessories retailer The Buckle, Inc. has posted net sales for the five-week period ended July 1. Sales decreased 2% to $37.3 million compared with net sales of $38.1 million in the corresponding five-week period ended July 2, 2005.

Year-to-date net sales for the 22-week period ended July 1 increased by 2% to $178 million from $174.5 million for the corresponding period a year ago.
