Golfing footwear and apparel firm TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company (TMaG) has appointed Ben Sharpe as vice president and managing director of TMaG Europe. Mr Sharpe most recently managed world-wide business affairs for golf knitwear company Lyle & Scott.

In his new role he will be based in TMaG's European headquarters in Basingstoke, England, and will report to TMaG's executive vice president John Kawaja.
