Designer and marketer of fashion footwear and accessories Steven Madden, Ltd. has entered into two new licence agreements with watch company Vestal Group, Inc. for watches under the Steve Madden and Steven by Steve Madden brands, and girls apparel under the Stevies brand, respectively, for spring 2007.

The new offerings will complement the company's existing lines of footwear, handbags and belts as well as other licensed merchandise including eyewear, outerwear and hosiery.
