30,000 counterfeit shoes seized in Prague

According to media reports, customs officers in Prague have seized more than 30,000 pairs of counterfeit shoes in just one week. The confiscated shoes are said to have been valued at CZK45 million ($2 million).

The most recent batch of fake shoes uncovered was a shipment of nearly 11,000 pairs from China destined for Hungary, worth around CZK16 million.
