Footwear company The Fashion House, Inc. has promoted Gladys Cutler to vice president of national sales of the Isaac Mizrahi division.

She previously served as a national sales manager for two of the company's other licensed designer footwear lines including Richard Tyler and Oscar by Oscar de la Renta.

The Fashion House acquired the licence for the Isaac Mizrahi label this March. The company will also launch a new couture footwear collection from the designer next year.
