Danish shoemaker ECCO has signed multi-year endorsement agreement with US golfer Fred Couples. As part of the agreement, Mr Couples will wear ECCO golf shoes during all his golfing activities and be prominently featured in the company’s promotions.

Currently No. 24 on the Official World Golf Ranking, career highlights for the 1992 US Masters champion include 15 PGA Tour wins, five Ryder Cup appearances and five international tournament victories. In 2005, Couples recorded four top-10 finishes and earned more than $1.8 million in 22 events.
