A new report released by Dublin-based market research company Research and Markets discusses customer satisfaction levels in the footwear industry.

According to the report, Schuh achieved the highest advancement in the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) footwear ranking this year, driven by improvements in score and ranking on convenience, service and ambience. Furthermore, Marks & Spencer continues to achieve on quality, reflecting its high average quality score across the pan-sector CSI index.
